Kim Fraser, BPT, is a leading physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health and sport performance. Since earning her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2006, she has dedicated her career to understanding the intricate connections between rib cage and pelvis mechanics in athletic movement. Her passion for optimizing hip and spinal performance in high-level athletes led her to advanced training in pelvic health, allowing her to bridge the gap between multiple systems in the body and their impact on sport performance.

With a deep understanding of ideal movement patterns—particularly in female athletes—Kim is recognized for her ability to refine clinical assessment, treatment strategies, and strength programming.
